Tai Chi for arthritis and Fall Prevention

Join Michael W. Stadul for six weekly class sessions of the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program at 11 a.m. every Tuesday from June 11th – July 16th. This program is easy to learn, enjoyable, and provides many health benefits in a relatively short period of time. Attendees should come prepared to participate in a series of simple exercises. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes.
