Yoga with Rob Shulman

Want to get a little healthier before the holidays? Our four week yoga series with Rob Shulman is a great start!
On Thursday, November 1st at 6:30 p.m., Rob will present a new perspective in using an energetic vinyasa (connections through movements) and a series of deep yoga stretches in a chair. A yoga mat is not required for this session.
On Thursdays, November 8th, 15th, and 29th at 6:30 p.m., Rob will present a Vinyasa style format for Pilates and Power Yoga enthusiasts in need of endurance training for core and legs. A yoga mat is required for this session.
All ability levels are welcome for these programs. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that does not restrict your movement.
