Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Join Michael W. Stadul for six weekly class sessions of the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program on Tuesdays, July 10th– August 14th at 11:30 a.m. at the Amherst Public Library.  This program is easy to learn, enjoyable, and provides many health benefits in a relatively short period of time.

Attendees should come prepared to participate in a series of simple exercises. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes.
