Chef Giulia returns to the Amherst Public Library on Thursday, June 14th at 6:00 p.m. for the first of two vegetarian cooking demonstrations. Vegetarian All Day will provide ideas for planning and preparing vegetarian foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for home or on the go. These health-providing plant-based foods are lower in fat, sodium, and sweeteners and they’re also high in fiber and nutritionally dense. Attendees will learn techniques and menu suggestions, tips for planning and preparing food in advance, and recommendations for storing and transporting prepared foods. Helpful resources will be provided and all attendees will be able to sample a few delicious and health recipes.
