|May 14, 2018||Filed under Featured||
Join us at the Amherst Public Library for a Human Figure and Face workshop with Mary Jo Clark on Monday, June 4th from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. We will be working with Conte Crayons to produce expressive figure drawings. Conte Crayons, sometimes called Shading Sticks come in a set of earth-tone colors including sepia, brown, black, and white. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to develop their drawing skills or just to familiarize you with this medium which is similar to pastels.
Students will need to bring a pack of Conte Crayons. Small packs of Conte Crayons are available at local craft stores or about $5. Students should also bring a pink eraser and 140 lb. Watercolor paper.
Registration is required for this program. Register online or by calling the library at (440)988-4230.
