Make a New Year’s Resolution to be healthier in 2018? Our four week yoga series with Rob Shulman is a great start!
The series continues on Thursdays, January 11, 18, and 25, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., when Rob presents a Vinyasa style format for Pilates and Power Yoga enthusiasts in need of endurance training for core and legs. All levels are welcome!
A yoga mat is required for this session. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that does not restrict your movement.
