Lorain County Metroparks Chief Naturalist Grant Thompson joins us at 6:30 p.m. on October 26, 2017 for an exploration of the history and lore of the Swift Mansion and its connections to the legend of “Gore Orphanage.” Come find out why this mansion, built along the Vermilion River in 1840 and destroyed by fire in the early 20th century, is still an important part of the folklore and urban legends of the area.
